I actually just turned the bluetooth keyboard off for the night and played my game for several hours with the bluetooth mouse and laptop's keyboard. I sadly don't have a wired mouse available, but the on-laptop keyboard works fine. Just to make sure, I changed the batteries in both and have the same issue. I've used them together for a long time before I got this new computer (The Asus).
